Some of the raw materials used in producing plastic components are:

PA- POLYAMIDE

Polyamide is widely used in many applications because of its excellent strength and durability. It has good dielectric properties , high abrasion resistance , high rigidity and high resistance to chemicals .

PC - Polycarbonate

The polycarbonate material is very resistant to high temperatures and high impact resistance. It is highly transparent with better light transmission than many types of glass. Can undergo large plastic deformations without cracking or breaking. It has excellent electrical properties .

PE - POLYETHYLENE

To LDPE has high performance and is compatible with the standards for food and pharma standards

PP - POLYPROPYLENE

The polypropylene material is easy to process and relatively inexpensive.

The homopolymer polypropylene ( HPP ) has high hardness while the copolymer polypropylene (CPP) has high impact strength even at low temperature end of the random polypropylene (RPP) is transparent .

It has excellent chemical resistance to many solvents, acids and bases .

ABS

The ABS characterized of fluidity, heat resistance and impact resistance .

Used for indoor applications.
